Custom Suiting Policy

At Mannzilo, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality, bespoke suits that are tailored to their exact specifications. To ensure a seamless experience, we ask that you review the following Custom Suiting Policy:

  1. Consultation and Fittings
    • All custom suiting orders require an initial consultation with one of our expert stylists. During this consultation, we will take precise measurements and discuss fabric choices, styles, and details to ensure your suit meets your unique preferences.
    • We recommend at least 3 fitting sessions to guarantee the perfect fit, depending on the complexity of the design.
  2. Fabric Selection
    • A wide range of fabrics is available for your custom suit. We will provide you with detailed fabric samples during your consultation to help you make the best choice for your suit’s look, feel, and durability.( Zegna,Carnet, Hudderfield, Drago, Lora Piano,Scabal, Vital Barberis Canonico, Dormeuil, Hollan & Sherry, Reda,Thomas Massion, Egyptian cotton, Colombo,Stylebella,Marzoni)
  3. Custom Design
    • During the consultation, you will have the opportunity to choose various design elements, including lapels, buttons, pockets, lining, pick stitching, monogram and more. Our team will guide you in selecting options that reflect your personal style.
  4. Alterations and Fit Adjustments
    • We offer free alterations and fit adjustments throughout the custom suit-making process. If any changes are required after the initial fitting, we will schedule additional fittings to ensure the perfect fit.
    • Minor adjustments may incur a fee, while major alterations could extend the timeline for delivery.
  5. Production Time
    • The production of a custom suit typically takes between 5 to 6 weeks. The timeline may vary depending on fabric availability, complexity of the design, and the number of fitting sessions required.
  6. Order Confirmation and Payment
    • A deposit of 50% of the total order value is required at the time of confirming your custom suit order. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the final fitting before delivery.
    • Payments can be made via acceptable payment methods.
  7. Returns and Exchanges
    • Due to the bespoke nature of our custom suits, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect in the fabric or workmanship. Any defects or issues with your custom suit should be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
    • We will work with you to resolve any issues and ensure your complete satisfaction.
  8. Cancellations
    • If you need to cancel your custom order, please inform us within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, the deposit is non-refundable, as fabric and tailoring work would have begun.
  9. Delivery
    • Once your custom suit is complete and fittings are finalized, we will arrange delivery to your specified address. Delivery charges may apply, depending on your location.
  10. Customer Satisfaction
    • Our goal is to deliver a custom suit that exceeds your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied after the final fitting, please inform us immediately, and we will take necessary steps to address your concerns.
