Custom Suiting Policy

CUSTOM SUITING POLICY

At Mannzilo Luxury Suiting, we specialise in bespoke garments crafted to each client’s unique measurements and design preferences. Due to the personalised nature of our services, the following policy outlines strict terms governing all custom suiting orders.

1. Consultation & Fittings

  • All custom orders require a mandatory consultation with a Mannzilo stylist. Measurements, posture analysis, and design preferences will be recorded.
  • A minimum of 2–3 fittings is recommended to achieve the desired fit. Additional fittings may be required depending on garment complexity.
  • Clients must attend all scheduled fittings on time. Failure to attend may result in delays, for which Mannzilo holds no responsibility.

2. Fabric Selection

  • Mannzilo offers access to 30,000+ fabrics, including premium mills.
  • Fabric availability is subject to supplier stock at the time of ordering.
  • In the event a selected fabric becomes unavailable:
    • A suitable alternative will be offered.
    • If declined, store credit will be issued only.
    • No refunds will be provided under any circumstances for fabric unavailability.

3. Custom Design

  • Clients may select design elements including (but not limited to): lapels, buttons, pockets, linings, stitching, monograms, and garment structure.
  • All selections are final once the order is confirmed.
  • Changes after confirmation may incur additional costs and delays.
  • All design selections are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. Any requested changes after confirmation will be at the client’s expense, and previously selected options are not eligible for refund, credit, or exchange.

4. Alterations & Fit Adjustments

  • Complimentary alterations are provided only within the initial fitting process to achieve the agreed fit.
  • Additional or repeated alterations outside this scope may incur fees.
  • Significant changes after production has commenced will be treated as a new order or charged accordingly.

5. Production Timeline

  • Standard production timeframe is 5–6 weeks from order confirmation.
  • Timeframes may vary due to:
    • Fabric sourcing delays
    • Design complexity
    • Client availability for fittings
  • Mannzilo is not liable for delays caused by external suppliers, missed client appointments, or any other extenuating circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to shipping delays, fabric shortages, production disruptions, or unforeseen events.

6. Order Confirmation & Payment

  • A 70% non-refundable deposit is required to commence production.
  • The remaining balance must be paid prior to final delivery or collection.
  • No garment will be released until full payment is received.
  • Payments are accepted via approved payment methods.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • Due to the bespoke nature of garments:
    • No returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted.
    • Exceptions apply only in cases of proven workmanship defects.
    • Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the garment.
    • Mannzilo reserves the sole right to assess and rectify any issue.

8. Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement only.
  • After 24 hours:
    • The deposit becomes strictly non-refundable.
    • A service and administration fee may apply.
  • Once production has commenced, cancellation is not permitted under any circumstances.

9. Delivery

  • Delivery or collection will be arranged after final fitting approval.
  • Delivery charges may apply.
  • Mannzilo is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.

10. Customer Responsibilities

  • Clients must:
    • Provide accurate measurements and information
    • Attend scheduled fittings
    • Approve final garment before completion
  • Mannzilo is not responsible for fit issues resulting from weight changes, posture changes, or body fluctuations after measurements are taken.

11. Customer Satisfaction

  • Any concerns must be raised during the fitting process.
  • Once the final garment is approved and delivered, the order is deemed complete, accepted, and closed.

12. Agreement to Policy

By placing an order, the client acknowledges and agrees to all terms outlined in this policy. These terms are strictly enforced to maintain quality, efficiency, and fairness.

Change of Mind Policy

At Mannzilo Luxury Suiting, all garments are made-to-measure and produced specifically for each client. Therefore, the following strict policy applies:

  • No Refunds for Change of Mind

    No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted once an order is confirmed.

  • Deposit is Strictly Non-Refundable

    All deposits (minimum 70%) are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including change of mind.

  • Design & Fabric Selections are Final

    All selections are final at confirmation. Any changes:

    • Are subject to approval
    • Will incur additional costs and delays
  • No Store Credit for Change of Mind

    Store credit will not be issued for change of mind.

  • Production Commencement

    Once production has commenced, the order cannot be cancelled, refunded, or altered without cost.

  • Client Responsibility

    Clients are solely responsible for confirming all details before approval. Mannzilo accepts no liability for decisions made during consultation.

Final Acknowledgement

By proceeding with a custom suiting order, the client fully understands and agrees that:

  • All orders are final
  • No refunds apply
  • No change of mind claims will be accepted
